COMING UP THIS WEEK:
Ummm, wow, is it really already the 15th of January? This month is zipping by and in a couple of days we will be standing outside in the cold at Volunteer Landing photographing one of our favorite charity events, Eskimo Escapades. We've had a lot of rain in Knoxville over the last few days and snow is predicted for tomorrow, but on Saturday {January 19th} the sun should be shining and the temperature will be a balmy 48 degrees. Yay!
The Eskimo Escapades is for the benefit of some really great organizations like The Dream Connection, the Patricia Meal Innovative Recreation Cooperative, and Adventure Amputee Camp. Come on down and strap on your skis or wakeboard and take a chilly ride on the Tennessee River or maybe you would rather stay dry and ride in the tube. It's a fun event for a great cause and we always have a great time! Look for the giant 600mm lens and my pink Elmer Fudd hat...
These photos are from the 2012 event.
