Knoxville Film and Music Festival | Knoscar Party | March 2, 2014

On March 2nd the 2014 Knoscar Party kicked off the Knoxville Film & Music Festival's {KFMF} season with an amazing event attended by Knoxville's well-dressed creative, film and production community. And of course, Oscar himself was gracing the Red Carpet, posing with attendees and trying to stand tall. {Oscar was a little tipsy and kept falling over!} This is the only fundraising event KFMF conducts to raise funds for the Film and Music Festival events running between June 1st and 14th.

The Knoxville 24 Hour Film Festival {K24HFF} is the cornerstone event of the KFMF and will be celebrating its fifth anniversary this year. The event kick-off is at Scruffy City Hall on May 31st at 1pm and teams will receive the secret ingredients that must be included in their 4 minute film submissions that are due back at Scruffy City Hall at 1pm on June 1st. The event culminates in a screening and awards ceremony following a fantastic red carpet event. Click here to find out more about the upcoming events!

Allan and I have participated in the K24HFF each year. The first year we just provided some photography coverage of the event, but the last four years we've been more involved, photographing all of the events as well as participating on teams and even having our own team together last year.
