Brittany | Model Portfolio

Allan and I recently worked with Brittany to create some fresh images for her portfolio. She wanted a combination of in studio and outdoor images to show her versatility in front of the camera. We had a great time together and are planning our next shoot.

We love working with aspiring models who are developing their portfolio as well as experienced models who love our work and would like some diversity in their book. There are several packages available to fit your needs. Contact Lisa for details at 865.406.3870 or lisa@almphoto.com.

Caleb :: Through the Eyes of The Godfather and the Fairy Godmother {Allan and Lisa Mueller | Knoxville Professional Photographers}

Allan and I are blessed and excited to be a part of newborn Caleb's life. We were thrilled when we were asked to be his godparents, or The Godfather and Fairy Godmother as I like to call us. Caleb's parents, Brandi and Boone were friends with Allan before I ever met Allan and we have been a part of their life from dating to engagement to wedding to expecting their first child and now his birth. We've captured their life through the lens every step of the way and will be photographing Caleb's official newborn session in the next few days, but wanted to share some images from the first time we laid eyes on him. It was love at first sight!

{Daddy and the new car seat}

{Making himself heard}

{Quiet moment with the Fairy Godmother}

{The Godfather giving Caleb some advice}

Look for the newborn session images next week and remember, you don't have to give us family status to have us photograph your precious moments.

We ♥ Birthdays! {Allan and Lisa Mueller | Knoxville Professional Photographers}

We ♥ Birthdays! A lot! Actually, Lisa's (that's me!) birthday is considered a national holiday around Creativity Central. It's also the day we got married on in 2004 and it's the one day I don't work each year. Sometimes we take a little vacation, sometimes I take a little vacation, and sometimes the Super Bowl falls on my birthday and Allan throws me an awesome suprise birthday party complete with a Hello Kitty cake! Unfortunately for Allan his birthday gets overlooked in the heat of the summer and that's something I really need to change. (Any ideas?!) It was our realization that not everyone treated birthdays like the personal holidays they should be that lead to the new promotion we are announcing this morning. Of course, we know that not everybody loves birthdays as much as we do, but we think you will love them a lot better when you realize we have a special gift for you. Yes, a gift!

ALM Photo is giving you the gift of a complimentary portrait session on your birthday! This is not a lame gift by any stretch. This is a gift valued at $250. Pretty awesome, huh?! The details are below but basically you will receive a one hour portrait session on your actual birthday at the location of your choice (within 50 miles of Knoxville, but we will travel if you are perhaps celebrating your birthday in St. Lucia). Perfect for celebrating a special birthday, like baby's 1st birthday or a milestone, like hubby's 40th birthday!

But wait, there's more! The first ten people to register their birthday will get a complimentary video slideshow of our favorite images from the birthday session. What are you waiting for? Call or e-mail today to register your birthday (or your kids- limit two complimentary sessions per family) 865-406-3870 | lisa@almphoto.com

Please share this fantastic opportunity with your friends and family before registration ends on February 15, 2010. Complimentary birthday portrait sessions must be scheduled to take place by February 15, 2011.

Clemons Family Session {Allan & Lisa Mueller | Professional Photographers | Knoxville, TN}

Allan and I recently photographed the Clemons family - Cindy, Jessica and Jordan - at UT Gardens and World's Fair Park. We had a great time shooting this amazingly photogenic family and it looks like they had fun as well. Enjoy!

ALM Photo :: KnoxWake Riders Voice Awards

Allan and I attended the KnoxWake Riders Voice Awards at Wild Wing Cafe last night and I spent the evening with camera in hand to capture the event. It was an awesome event with all the local riders who have been keeping the Knoxville wakeboarding and wakeskating scene on the map all season coming out for a night of fun and acknowledgement by their peers. There were so many great photographs from the evening but I am only posting a choice few here on the blog. Check out all of the photos on Flickr.
Allan has had a long history with the Knoxville watersports scene and we are thrilled to see KnoxWake continue to keep the enthusiasm going. Allan and I are looking forward to the next Knoxville watersports event, Eskimo Escapades, on January 10, 2009. See you all then!!
